Find Your Saved Sogni Pocket Password

Still signed in to Sogni Pocket on iPhone or iPad? You can reveal or copy the password saved by the app after authenticating on your device. Use it with the matching username to sign in to Sogni Web or the Sogni Dashboard.

Keep Pocket signed in while you recover your credentials. Do not sign out, reset or uninstall the app before another sign-in works. An active session does not guarantee that a saved password is available.

#Reveal the password in Pocket

  1. Open Pocket's controls and expand Account, which shows your @username. If your controls menu offers Storage, Account & Support, choose that section first.
  2. Tap Credentials.
  3. Tap Unlock and complete the iPhone or iPad authentication prompt, using Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode as offered. This unlocks the saved credentials; it is not asking you to remember your Sogni password.
  4. Use the eye icon beside Password to reveal it, or the copy icon to copy it.
  5. Note the username shown in the same Credentials screen. On Web or the Dashboard, enter it without the leading @, together with that password. Use your username, not your email address.

Save the working username and password in your password manager before signing out anywhere. Copy the password exactly, without adding spaces.

#My saved Dashboard login has a different username

Different Sogni usernames can belong to separate accounts, with separate passwords, balances and subscriptions. Use the username from the Pocket account you want to access, and the password saved for that same account. A saved login for another username will not open your Pocket account.

Paying for Pocket through Apple does not by itself mean that Sign in with Apple was used to create the account. See Account Types & Sign-in if you use Google or Apple instead of a Sogni password.

#I cannot unlock a password, or I am signed out

The Credentials screen can retrieve a password only when the app has a saved login for that account and device authentication succeeds. It does not create a new password. A password saved inside Pocket may not appear in the separate Apple Passwords app.

  • If Unlock does not reveal a password, keep the current Pocket session open. Check any other device where you are still signed in to Pocket or the native Mac app.
  • If you previously saved the login in Apple Passwords, a browser or another password manager, use the saved-password checklist. Look for the matching username as well as the password.
  • If you use Google or Apple sign-in, return to an app that offers the sign-in method already enabled for your account. That method does not reveal or replace a Sogni password.

Sogni cannot retrieve or reset a username-and-password account's password for you. Unlock retrieves an existing copy on your device. Creating a new account does not restore the old account or automatically move its subscription, balance or history.

#Contact support without a wallet address

Email [email protected], or reply to your existing support thread. You do not need a wallet address to get help by email, even if a Discord ticket form asks for one.

Include your Pocket username, app version, iPhone or iPad model, the exact error, and whether Pocket is still signed in. If your Dashboard username differs, include that username too. Mention any active subscription you cannot access.

Never send your password, a screenshot of your Credentials screen, a private key, a recovery phrase or a one-time sign-in code.
