Pay with Crypto (USDC and USDT)
You can pay Sogni with stablecoins instead of a card. Crypto covers both purchase types:
- Sogni Unlimited and Unlimited Pro subscriptions — prepaid for one or more billing periods.
- Pay-as-you-go Premium Spark — a one-time top-up of any amount.
Crypto payment is available at dashboard.sogni.ai. Choose Crypto instead of Card when buying Spark, or use the crypto option on the subscription panel.
This page is about paying Sogni in stablecoins. It is separate from paying for individual renders with SOGNI tokens, which is built into the apps — see SOGNI Token vs Spark Points.
#Accepted stablecoins and networks
| Network | Accepted tokens |
|---|---|
| Base | USDC |
| Etherlink | USDC |
| Ethereum | USDC, USDT |
Only these token contracts on these networks are accepted. Sogni does not accept native ETH, XTZ, SOGNI, or any other token on this payment path. Funds sent in an unsupported asset may not be recoverable.
#How it works
- Choose what you're buying. Pick a plan and the number of periods to prepay, or enter a pay-as-you-go amount.
- Sogni generates an invoice. You get one receiving address and one exact amount to send. The amount ends in a few extra decimal places — that suffix is how Sogni matches your transfer to your account, so it is unique to your invoice.
- Send the exact amount from your own wallet, on the network shown.
- Wait for confirmations. Sogni scans for the payment every minute, so a matched transfer is normally credited within a couple of minutes of reaching the required confirmations.
- You're credited and receive a confirmation email — Spark lands in your balance, or your plan is extended.
Send the exact amount, on the right network, within the window. The invoice is open for 60 minutes. A transfer with a different amount, on an unsupported network, or arriving after the invoice expires will not be credited automatically and has to be resolved by support.
Do not pay directly from an exchange. Withdrawal fees can change the amount that arrives, so the transfer will no longer match your invoice. Withdraw to your own wallet first, then send the exact amount shown.
Read the receiving address from the invoice screen each time rather than saving it. You can only have one open invoice per purchase type at a time; reopening the flow resumes the invoice you already have instead of creating a second one.
#Paying for an Unlimited subscription with crypto
Crypto subscriptions are prepaid and one-time. They are the same plans at the same prices — $20/mo or $199/yr for Unlimited, $50/mo or $498/yr for Unlimited Pro — with different billing mechanics:
- No auto-renew. Nothing is ever charged again. When the paid period ends, your account returns to Free until you buy another period. There is no subscription to cancel.
- No free trial. The 3-day trial is card-only.
- Prepay multiple periods. Buy 1–12 months, or 1–3 years, in a single payment. The total is shown before you continue.
- Upgrades are prorated. Moving from Unlimited to Unlimited Pro mid-period charges only the difference for the time remaining, and your renewal date does not change.
- Downgrades happen naturally. There is no in-product downgrade — simply buy the tier you want after the current period ends.
- Expiry reminders. Sogni emails you 7 days, 3 days, and on the day your plan expires, so a prepaid plan does not lapse unnoticed.
Everything else — covered models, limits, fair use, queue priority — is identical to a card subscription. See Unlimited Plan Details.
Crypto subscription revenue funds the Worker Subscription Revenue Share Pool exactly like card revenue, recognized across the months the payment covers.
#Paying for Premium Spark with crypto
- Choose a preset ($5, $10, $25, $50) or enter any custom amount, up to $10,000 per payment. There is no minimum beyond one cent.
- Your USD amount converts to Spark at the live oracle rate at the moment the payment confirms, so the final Spark figure can differ slightly from the estimate shown on the invoice. No purchase bonus is applied.
- Spark bought with crypto is Premium Spark, with the same standing as card-purchased Spark: premium model gates, 10× Artist leaderboard multiplier, worker targeting, and queue priority. It also counts toward the purchased-Spark coverage required by external vendor models such as GPT Image 2, Seedance, and HappyHorse 1.1.
#Troubleshooting
I sent the wrong amount. Transfers that do not match an open invoice are not credited automatically. They are recorded for support review — contact [email protected] with your wallet address, the transaction hash, and the network.
I sent it on the wrong network, or sent the wrong token. Same as above: contact support with the transaction hash. Funds sent in an asset Sogni does not accept may be unrecoverable.
My invoice expired before the transfer landed. Network congestion or a delayed wallet submission can push a transfer past the 60-minute window. The transfer is recorded rather than lost — contact support to have it applied.
It has been more than a few minutes. Confirm on the block explorer that the transaction succeeded and is fully confirmed — Ethereum transfers take longer to settle than Base or Etherlink. If the transaction is confirmed and the amount matches exactly, contact support with the hash.
My plan expired and I didn't get a reminder. Reminder emails go to the address on your account. Check your spam folder and confirm your account email at dashboard.sogni.ai.
#Refunds
Crypto payments are on-chain and cannot be reversed by Sogni or by your wallet provider. Where a refund is approved under the Cancellation and Refund Policy, it is handled manually in the same stablecoin, net of the network fee required to send it. Support will confirm the return details before funds are sent. Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case.
Prepaid crypto plans do not renew, so there is no future charge to cancel and no automatic prorated refund for unused time.
