Cancel Your Sogni Unlimited Subscription

You can cancel a monthly or annual Sogni Unlimited subscription at any time. Canceling turns off automatic renewal; it does not immediately end a paid subscription. Your Unlimited benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which your account automatically returns to the Free plan.

These instructions apply to Sogni Unlimited and Unlimited Pro subscriptions purchased on the web and billed through Stripe. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel the subscription in your device's store subscription settings.

#Step 1: Open your Sogni Wallet

Sign in to Sogni Create, then open app.sogni.ai/wallet.

#Step 2: Open your subscription settings

On your active subscription card, select Update Plan. Sogni will open the secure Stripe billing portal for your subscription.

Select Update Plan on your active subscription.

#Step 3: Cancel the subscription

In the Stripe billing portal, select Cancel subscription, then follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

Select Cancel subscription and confirm when prompted.

Once Stripe confirms the cancellation, your subscription will no longer renew.

#What happens after cancellation

  • You retain Unlimited access through the end of your current paid billing period.
  • On the paid-through date shown in your billing portal, your account automatically returns to the Free plan.
  • Your Sogni account, creations, and existing Spark balance are not deleted.
  • Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period. See the refund policy for details.

If you cancel during a free trial, Unlimited access ends immediately and you will not be charged for the first paid billing period.

#Subscribe again

You can rejoin Sogni Unlimited at any time. Return to app.sogni.ai/wallet and select Subscribe. If your canceled plan is still active through the end of its paid billing period, you can instead use the Stripe billing portal to renew it without starting a new billing period.
