How Fair-Use Capacity and Queueing Work

Sogni Unlimited plans include generous daily and monthly fair-use allotments on the Fast network. As same-day use grows, available concurrency can step down and queue priority can be reduced. Once the daily capacity is fully used, new Fast subscription renders are paused until the daily reset. Reaching the larger monthly capacity pauses new Fast subscription renders until the billing-cycle reset.

Nothing is lost when this happens:

  • Already-admitted jobs remain queued and can complete. New Fast subscription jobs are not admitted while a daily or monthly capacity pause is active.
  • Fast plan access restores automatically at the applicable reset. Each subscriber's daily window runs on its own rolling 24-hour cycle, anchored to the plan schedule, while the monthly capacity resets on the billing date (see Fair-use controls).
  • Relaxed-speed rendering stays unrestricted at every usage level.

Before the hard capacity boundary, this is the same fair-use scheduling described in the Unlimited plan reference: within each plan tier, daily usage is a scheduling signal, so accounts with lighter same-day use are favored and more subscribers get fast service with minimal queue time.

#Why you might be seeing longer queue times

Longer waits usually follow heavy same-day use, especially of demanding video models like MiniMax H3. These models occupy powerful Supernet workers for minutes at a time, so sustained heavy use can reduce how many jobs run at once and place the remaining admitted work in a lower-priority queue. At the daily or monthly capacity boundary, new Fast subscription requests pause instead of joining that queue. Overall Supernet demand and available worker capacity also affect wait times at any usage level.

#Ways to speed things up

#Upgrade to Unlimited Pro

Unlimited Pro carries 4x the daily fair-use allotment of Unlimited, along with higher subscription queue priority and higher concurrency and queue limits. If you regularly render past the daily allotment, upgrading is the simplest fix. See the plan comparison for details, or choose Update Plan in Wallet & Billing.

#Use Premium Spark

Premium Spark renders bill from your Spark balance instead of your plan's fair-use allotment and get top-priority queue access — they are never affected by subscription fair-use scheduling. You can buy Premium Spark in-app from the Wallet page, and optionally opt in on the Usage page to keep rendering on Premium Spark automatically once your plan capacity is used (off by default).

#Batch-queue with the Sogni Creative Agent

Instead of babysitting renders one at a time, let the Sogni Creative Agent queue large runs of images and videos for you hands-free. The Creative Agent Skill works with the AI agent you already use and keeps a substantial personal queue moving throughout the day, within your plan's queue limits.

#Or just wait

Reduced priority and capacity pauses are temporary. Already-admitted work keeps moving; new Fast subscription requests resume after the applicable reset. Your daily window resets on its rolling 24-hour cycle, and your monthly allotment resets on your billing anniversary. The app shows your current standing and the time until each reset on the Usage page.
