Sogni Password Help for Other Browsers and Wallet Apps

Start with the same app, device and profile where you saved your Sogni login. Search saved website logins for sogni, starting with app.sogni.ai, and check both the username and password. A browser may not have saved either. Keep any working Sogni session open; do not clear its data or reinstall it while looking.

#Crypto wallets and their built-in browsers

If you opened Sogni inside MetaMask, Trust Wallet, OKX Wallet, Coinbase Wallet / Base, or another wallet app, look for the Sogni website login you saved. The password or PIN that unlocks your wallet is a different credential; changing it does not reset your Sogni password.

Keep the wallet app's Sogni tab open if it is still signed in.
Check the password manager you used when signing up: Apple Passwords, Google Password Manager, or your separate password-manager app. Do not assume the wallet browser shares Chrome's or Safari's saved passwords.
If the wallet app offers a saved website passwords section, check it for sogni. An unlock-password or wallet-recovery screen is not that section.
Once you find the Sogni username and password, use them at app.sogni.ai in your usual browser. Leave the original session open until sign-in succeeds.

Never enter a wallet recovery phrase or private key into Sogni's login form or send it to support. Wallet recovery cannot retrieve a forgotten Sogni website password. MetaMask explains the separate purpose of wallet credentials.

#Google app on iPhone and iPad

If you opened Sogni from Google Search inside the Google app:

Open the Google app, then tap your profile picture or initial → Settings.
Select Autofill → Passwords, if available in your region and language.
Look for sogni, open its saved login, and authenticate if requested.

You can also check passwords.google.com for passwords saved to the Google Account you used. It will not show passwords saved only in another browser or password manager. If you used Apple AutoFill, check Apple Passwords too.

#Meta Quest Browser

Keep any working Sogni tab open on your headset, using the same headset profile.

In Browser's settings, look for saved website passwords, if your version provides this option. Search for sogni and check the matching website entry. Use a reveal or copy option only if offered.
If you cannot view a saved login there, check the password manager or device you used when creating your Sogni account. Use the desktop or mobile guide for that device.
Once you find both the Sogni username and password, use them at app.sogni.ai. Keep the original session open until sign-in succeeds.

Quest Browser menus vary by version; these are fallback checks, not a verified menu path for every headset. Do not assume your computer's Chrome passwords are available on the headset. Your Meta account password and headset unlock code are separate from your Sogni login; resetting them or factory-resetting the headset does not recover a missing Sogni password.

#Aloha

On mobile versions with these settings, open Aloha → Settings → Privacy → Password manager → Saved Passwords. Find sogni and open the website entry. Use its reveal or copy option if available, and complete any device-unlock prompt. Keep the saved values unchanged.

On desktop versions with this menu, open Password manager from Aloha's three-dot menu. Check the saved Sogni entry there. If your menus differ, use Aloha's help for your platform; do not reset the app or export all your passwords just to check one login.

#Huawei Browser

Huawei documents Browser → Settings → Password Vault. Check there for a saved Sogni website login. The available options vary by Huawei device and software version. If your version offers only autofill, it may not provide a way to reveal the password in that screen; check your other password managers or original device too.

Turning on password saving now does not recover a password that was never saved. Keep any working session and existing saved data intact.

#UC, Xiaomi / Mi / Mint, and other browsers

For UC Browser, Xiaomi's Mi Browser or Mint, Naver Whale, Amazon Silk, Ecosia, Avast / AVG Secure Browser, QQ Browser, Seznam, or another browser not listed here:

Open that browser's settings and look for Passwords, Password manager, Autofill, or the equivalent label in your language, if available. Search for sogni in saved website logins.
Check your phone's existing autofill password manager as well. On Android this may be Google Password Manager, Samsung Pass, or another app you chose; on iPhone it may be Apple Passwords or another provider.
If no saved-password viewer is available, check another device or password manager where you previously saved the login. Browsers with a similar appearance do not necessarily share saved passwords.

Exact menus depend on the app, version and region, so there is no single reliable menu path for all of these browsers. If you need help locating the right settings, tell Sogni support your browser name, version and device. Do not send a screenshot containing a revealed password.

A Sogni page opened inside Instagram, Facebook, X, Telegram, Google, or another app may use an embedded browser. That app's sign-in session does not prove your Sogni password was saved.

Keep a working Sogni tab open. Check the password manager you previously used, then open app.sogni.ai separately in your usual browser once you have the saved login. Changing browsers alone does not recover missing credentials.
