About Spark Points
The SOGNI Token powers the Sogni ecosystem, enabling a decentralized economy for creatives and workers within the Sogni Supernet.
Spark Points are unique to the Sogni iOS App (Download from App Store) and macOS version distributed on the App Store (coming soon), empowering you to generate images using the decentralized processing power of the Sogni Supernet. These points are solely for in-app use, fuelling your creative projects while abstracting blockchain-related components for a seamless experience on iOS.
During the Testnet phase, Spark Points will function as tSOGNI on macOS and are of the same value - 1.0 Spark Point = 1.0 tSOGNI Token. However, once the Testnet ends, Spark Points and SOGNI Tokens will be managed independently.
Post Testnet distribution:
Directly distributed macOS applications will support both Spark Points and SOGNI Tokens.
macOS and iOS applications from the App Store will support Spark Points only.
Earning Spark Points
Currently, there are several ways to earn Spark Points:
• Daily Boost Rewards – Claim your daily boost to grow your Spark balance.
• Referrals – Invite friends to join Sogni, and earn Spark Points as they sign up and get started.
• Email Verification – Start earning by verifying your email address.
Stay tuned for Spark Packs, which will soon be available as in-app purchases, giving you even more flexibility to bring your creative ideas to life.
Using Spark Points
Spark Points are used to pay for generations created on the Relaxed and Fast Supernet Networks.
You can switch your processing within the toggle bar outlined in yellow in the screenshot below.
Fast Supernet processing is 2x the cost of Relaxed Supernet processing. For example, if a cost of a generation on Relaxed Supernet is 1.0 Spark Points, on Fast Supernet it would cost 2.0 Spark Points.
Outlined in pink is where you can see the cost for your creation in Spark Points. For the reference shown, this generation will cost 2.0 Spark Points.
The cost of your job will vary based on:
• The number of steps.
• The type of model you are using (SDXL, Standard, etc.)
• The number of requested previews
