Upscaling Images
Most models generate images with an area of 512×512 px to 1024×1024 px. You can upscale images and animations to an area of 2048px using the Upscale button on the Toolbar.
Each upscaling model produces slightly different results, so you can choose the one that best fits your image style and workflow.
Z-Image Upscale (Supernet): A next-generation upscaler running on the Supernet. Designed for high-quality enlargement with improved structure, detail retention, and overall consistency—especially effective for creative and diffusion-generated images.
Real-ESRGAN (On-Device): Runs locally on your Mac. Excels at enhancing fine details and reducing artifacts in photographic and real-world images. Real-SRGAN Anime (On-Device): A lighter, faster variant optimized for anime, illustrations, cartoons, and line-art styles, with cleaner edges and flatter color regions.
