# Forgot Your Sogni Web Password?

Find your saved username and password for **Sogni Create at [app.sogni.ai](https://app.sogni.ai/)**, including the Android app. Start with the browser or password manager you used to sign in.

**Search for sogni.** Your browser may have saved your password, but a saved copy is not guaranteed. Sogni cannot email you a password-reset link. **[Used Google or Apple instead?](https://docs.sogni.ai/sogni-create/web/recover-password/#used-google-or-apple-to-sign-in)**

**Still signed in? Keep that session open.** Do not sign out, clear site data, reset or uninstall the app while you look. “Keep me logged in” is not the same as saving your password.

**Use 1Password, Bitwarden, Dashlane or another password manager?** Open that app or browser extension, unlock your vault, and search **sogni**. Check all the vaults or accounts you normally use. Open the matching website login to find both the username and password.

**Installed Sogni Create from Google Play or added it to your Home Screen?** Check your phone's password manager using the mobile steps above. Look for **app.sogni.ai**, not only an entry named “Sogni Create.” You do not need to reinstall Sogni Create.

**The web login at app.sogni.ai currently asks for a username and password.** If you created your account with Google or Apple in another Sogni app, return to that app and use the **same provider and provider account you used before**. An account created this way has no separate Sogni password to look up.

If you previously added Google or Apple sign-in to a username-and-password account, that **already enabled** method is another way into the same account **in an app that offers it**. It does not reveal or replace your Sogni password. Some wallet actions still need password sign-in.

Signing in to Google in your browser, using Google Password Manager, or paying through Apple or Google Play does **not** by itself mean you created a Sogni account with that provider. If you originally chose a Sogni username and password, follow the saved-password steps. See [Account Types & Sign-in](https://docs.sogni.ai/accounts/) for details.

1.  Open the saved **Sogni** entry and check its **website** and **username**. Start with **app.sogni.ai**; an entry for another Sogni website may also hold your Sogni credentials.
2.  Reveal or copy the password. Your device may ask for Face ID, Touch ID, a screen-lock PIN, your computer login password, or your password manager's unlock password. That prompt is asking you to unlock your saved passwords, **not to remember your Sogni password**.
3.  Open [app.sogni.ai](https://app.sogni.ai/) and enter the saved **username** in **Username**, then the saved password in **Password**. Use your Sogni username **without a leading @**, not your email address. For example, if the app shows **@alex**, enter **alex**.
4.  Select **Log in**. If you still have a working session elsewhere, leave it open until this sign-in succeeds.

**Password rejected?** Check that you copied the password without extra spaces, used the username from the same entry, and selected the right Sogni account if your manager has several entries. An old saved entry may contain an incorrect password. Editing that entry changes only your password manager; it does not reset your Sogni password.

**Once you are back in, save the working username and password in your password manager.** Check that the entry is for **app.sogni.ai** and that you can find it again before you sign out.

Try these places before contacting support:

1.  **Your original device and browser profile.** Chrome, Edge and Firefox profiles can have different saved passwords. A password saved locally may exist only on that device.
2.  **Your other password stores.** On an iPhone, for example, check both Apple Passwords and Chrome if you have used both. On Samsung, check Google Password Manager and Samsung Pass. Passwords appear on another device only if they were saved and synced through that service.
3.  **A copy you saved at signup.** Check your password manager, secure notes, or any private backup where you wrote down or copied your credentials. A backup exists only if you saved one; keep it private.
4.  **Your username in Sogni.** If another device is signed in, open **Manage account** from the account menu (the [account page](https://app.sogni.ai/account)) and find **Username** under **Profile**. Omit the displayed **@** when logging in. You can also search your inbox for your Sogni **email-verification message** and check its greeting for your username. Finding the username alone does not recover the password.

**Sogni Web does not offer an email password reset for username-and-password accounts.** Your credentials are used to create your Sogni wallet, and Sogni cannot retrieve or reset that password for you. The **Forgot password?** link opens this guide to finding credentials you already saved.

An email-verification message verifies your email address; it does not change your password. If you cannot find a saved password or backup and have no working sign-in method, contact support to check your situation. We cannot promise to restore access.

**Creating another account will not restore the old one.** It does not bring over your existing balance, subscription or history. If you have a paid subscription you cannot access, contact support for billing help instead of subscribing again.

-   The exact error message, which recovery steps you tried, and whether another device is still signed in.
-   Whether you need help with an active subscription you cannot access.

**Never send your password, credentials file, wallet private key, recovery phrase, or one-time sign-in code.** If you include a screenshot, hide these details first.
