# Subscribe with Google Play Balance

To pay for Sogni Unlimited with eligible Google Play credits, subscribe through the **installed Sogni Create Android app**. The website's Stripe checkout cannot spend your Google Play balance. Google Pay and Google Play balance are different payment methods; a Google Pay button on a website does not make Play credits available there.

1.  On your Android device, install or update [Sogni Create AI Generator from Google Play](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ai.sogni.app.twa). Use the Google account that holds your Play credits.
2.  Open the installed app and sign in to your **existing Sogni account**, so the subscription is attached to the account you want to use.
3.  Open **Wallet & Billing** and choose the subscription option. It may say **Subscribe** or **Start free trial**, depending on eligibility. Select **Unlimited** and **monthly** billing for the monthly entry plan.
4.  In Google's purchase window, tap the payment method and choose **Google Play balance**, if offered.
5.  Review the final price, any trial terms, and the renewal schedule before confirming. Wait for the app to show your subscription as active before using plan-covered generation.

Open the app from its installed icon for these steps. Visiting the website in a normal browser uses web checkout.

The advertised **US $20/month** Unlimited price is the web list price. Google Play shows its own localized price and applicable taxes before you confirm; it may differ from the web price. Check that your eligible balance covers the amount Google shows if you want to pay entirely with credits.

Google determines whether a Play balance or promotional credit can pay for a subscription. Availability depends on your Play country, credit type, and Google's current rules. Do not assume every promotional credit is eligible or that Google will never require another payment method. -   Confirm that you opened the installed Android app and reached **Google's purchase window**, rather than a card checkout on the website.
-   Check that the Google account shown for the purchase is the one holding your credits.
-   Check your balance, credit expiration dates, and the subscription payment methods allowed in your Play country.
-   If the option is still missing, contact [Sogni support](mailto:app@sogni.ai) with your Play country and the payment options or error shown. Do not send passwords, full payment details, or purchase tokens. Google Play support handles restrictions on Google-held credits.

If you already have an active Sogni subscription through another provider, do not start a second subscription to change how you pay. Check your current subscription in Wallet & Billing and contact support for help.
